What Would You Do For a Klondike Bar?

What would you do for a Klondike bar? And not one of those low-fat sugar free super skinny ones. Let's use the Klondike bar as a metaphor for all things bad for you since it has such a catchy jingle to go with it....

*run 5 miles

*walk 2 hours as fast as you can without breaking into a full-on run

*elliptical for 1+ hours (or at least the entire length of She's the Man)

*2 kickboxing classes in one night instead of 1

*kill yourself on the stairstepper for 30 minutes (let's face it...there is nothing worse than that thing, so 30 minutes is more than enough)

*take the stairs a few extra times at work

*cardio salsa, cardio hip-hop, and bellydancing in one night

*sit on the balance ball while you eat your klondike bar so you are at least expending calories to stay upright

*purposely buy a heavier hair dryer so you can get your upper body work-out at the same time you fix your hair

and for those who are ultimately more committed than the rest of us for not letting the klondike bar sit on your hips.....buy and wear those oh-so fashionable Shape-Ups.

I definitely do not fall into the ultra-dedicated, sacrifice fashion for function, Shape-Up wearer category...and I'm completely OK with that.
