Diaper Tricycle

Isn't this neat?  It's a diaper tricycle!  I wasn't at this shower (I barely know the girl it was for...helloooo, facebook friends and college sorta friend), but this was in one of her facebook albums!  Her mom made it, how, I have no idea.  This looks complicated beyond complicated and something I could never do-ha!  I don't even think I could handle the typical diaper cake, much less a tricycle!
